Role Overview:

We are seeking

2 motivated and dynamic candidates

(pursuing or recently completed graduation) to join our team as

Inside Sales & Research Associates

. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective organisations, conducting research on suitable companies, and supporting COD's business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

50-60 cold calls per day

to prospective organisations. Research companies across sectors to identify potential clients for COD's training and development programs. Engage professionally with HR/Training/Leadership teams over phone and email. Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records of leads. Support the business development team in outreach and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed graduation in any stream. Proficiency in

English and Telugu

(mandatory);

working knowledge of Hindi

preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently make a high volume of calls daily. Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet research). Positive attitude, persistence, and eagerness to learn.
