JOB DESCRIPTION - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Inside Sales)
Customer Handling:
Identifying the opportunities and sending the commercial proposal to the customers for new orders.
Following-up with the existing customers for renewal orders.
Having price negotiation with the customers and distributors.
Follow-up with Purchase Team:
Forward the purchase order, pricing, OPS to the respective purchase team.
Monitor the purchase team to follow-up with the distributors for delivery. Following-up with the purchase team for billing of invoices to customers.
Coordinating with the support team for installation.
After installation follow-up with the customers for payment.
Product Training:
Attending product training at regular intervals.
Learning new products and technologies.
Completing monthly one product certification which is mandatory.
Meetings & Reporting to management:
Maintaining customers daily calls report.
Submission of weekly reports to the management.
Attending daily meeting with the sales manager and two weeks once with the Director - Sales.
Other Responsibilities:
Helping the team when they are in field work for any case locks and other general commercial follow-ups.
Have to achieve the targets every quarter, in a year.
Any other work as required by management from time to time.

Graduated in Mba marketing and sales passedout year from2023 to 2025

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
