: Inside Sales Representative - Kannada Speaking
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone and other communication channels to promote our services using well-structured scripts
Understand customer needs through effective questioning and close sales accordingly
Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries
Refer qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
Keep detailed logs of calls, customer interactions and sales outcomes
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales or a similar customer-facing role
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably through phone-based selling
Proficiency with CRM software and telephone systems
Quick learner with the ability to clearly explain and promote services
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient, goal-oriented and able to handle objections and rejection
Strong negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or relevant experience in the finance domain is a plus.
Proficiency in speaking Kannada
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
