About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Inside Sales Executive
to join our IT Services Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales conversions through phone, email, and online communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
cold calls
, follow-ups, and email campaigns to generate leads for IT services.
Understand client requirements and present appropriate service offerings (e.g., web development, mobile apps, SEO, cloud services, digital marketing, etc.).
Maintain and update CRM with lead activity and pipeline progress.
Schedule
meetings and product demos
for the sales/technical team with prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
Maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement and upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA preferred).
0-2 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing (preferably in IT or software services).
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
in English and Hindi/Telugu.
Proficiency in using
CRM tools
, MS Office, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
