Conduct proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and virtual platforms to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Virtual Demonstrations:
Perform high-quality, consultative virtual product demonstrations of home care devices, ensuring potential clients understand technical features and clinical benefits.
Lead Management:
Qualify inbound leads and manage the front-end of the sales cycle, moving prospects through the pipeline to a close.
Relationship Management:
Nurture long-term relationships with medical executives, clinicians, and home care procurement teams through regular digital check-ins.
CRM & Forecasting:
Maintain meticulous records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track opportunities, set follow-ups, and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing and terms to secure contracts that meet both customer needs and company profit targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of inside sales or related customer service experience, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.
Technical Fluency:
Deep understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and the specific application of home care equipment.
Digital Proficiency:
Mastery of modern CRM systems, AI-powered analytics, and virtual presentation software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical data to non-technical audiences.
