Inside Sales Duties:

Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Maintain and update customer database (CRM). Explain products/services to potential customers clearly and effectively. Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth order execution. Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports

Front Office Duties:

Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors with a warm and professional approach. Answer and manage incoming calls and route them to the concerned department. Maintain front office area and ensure a pleasant customer experience. Schedule appointments and maintain visitor log

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
