Roles & Responsibilities
Make high-volume cold calls to potential customers and introduce the company's products/services.
Engage prospects with clear, fluent, and confident communication in English.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on requirements and decision-making authority.
Schedule demo calls or meetings for senior sales representatives and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or lead management tools.
Share insights and feedback from prospects to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.
Requirements
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent fluency in English (mandatory).
Ability to handle rejection and confidently continue outreach efforts.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).
