: Inside Sales Representative (Tamil Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

? Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone and other communication channels to promote our services using well-structured scripts
? Understand customer needs through effective questioning and close sales accordingly
? Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries
? Refer qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary
? Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
? Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
? Keep detailed logs of calls, customer interactions and sales outcomes

Requirements:

? Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales or a similar customer-facing role
? Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably through phone-based selling
? Proficiency with CRM software and telephone systems
? Quick learner with the ability to clearly explain and promote services
? Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
? Resilient, goal-oriented and able to handle objections and rejection
? Strong negotiation skills
? Bachelor's degree in Commerce or relevant experience in the finance domain is a plus.

?Proficiency in speaking Tamil

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
