Role Summary



As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client pipelines, and driving sales through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. This is a high-impact role with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting, Sales Outreach & Closure, Headhunting (for staffing requirements), Pipeline Management, Target Achievement.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing/IT preferred).

1-3 years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation (IT domain preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Familiarity with tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing platforms.

Self-driven, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
