Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients.
Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the field sales team.
Present and explain products or services to customers to assist in their purchasing decisions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Follow up with clients after initial contact to build relationships and close sales.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand offerings and campaign goals.
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities.
Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge.
