Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Inside Sales Executive
to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who are eager to begin their career in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
Identify and qualify sales leads through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Present and explain company products and services to prospective clients.
Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions and sales activity.
Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule appointments or follow-ups.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and other documentation.
Achieve monthly targets and support the team in achieving overall sales goals.
Requirements:
Education:
Any graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Passion for sales and interest in the sports infrastructure industry.
