We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves counseling students on study abroad opportunities, managing leads, and ensuring smooth coordination between students, parents, and internal teams to maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from students and parents.
Counsel students on study abroad options (US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other destinations).
Follow up with leads to maximize inquiry-to-application conversions.
Build and maintain strong student and parent relationships.
Stay updated on international education markets, universities, and courses.
Coordinate with counseling/admissions teams for seamless application processing.
Maintain lead records and sales reports using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
0-3 years of experience in inside sales/tele-sales/student counseling (education sector preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
