An

Inside sales representative

will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative with hands-on experience in

Salesforce CRM

to help drive our sales growth and enhance lead management. This role involves identifying potential clients, crafting compelling proposals, bidding on projects, and driving sales for our services.

Roles & Responsibilities



Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails in India region and abroad. Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Close sales and achieve quarterly revenue and lead generation quota. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals Perform effective online demos to prospects. Meeting all monthly quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and meetings. Meeting or exceeding quarterly/half yearly and annual sales goals. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.

Requirements and skills



Proven track record of inside sales, selling Salesforce services. 2+ years of inside sales experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers Prior experience in

Upwork bidding

for

Salesforce projects

Excellent analytical and time-management skills. Understanding of different products offering (

Sales Cloud, Service cloud, experience cloud, integration and custom development) of Salesforce

. Salesforce knowledge is a must. Prior knowledge/experience in selling Salesforce / cloud-based solution
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday
