We are hiring a
performance-driven Inside Sales Representative
who can
work remotely, close clients independently, and MUST complete assigned monthly sales targets
.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls remotely
Communicate with prospects via
phone, WhatsApp, and email
Understand customer needs and pitch suitable Sendvise solutions
Conduct online product demos and presentations
Close deals and COMPLETE assigned monthly sales targets (mandatory)
Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
Coordinate with onboarding and support teams
Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers
Share daily and weekly sales performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience in Inside Sales / B2B / Tele-sales
Proven client-closing experience in a target-based role (mandatory)
Strong communication skills in
English & Hindi
Experience in
SaaS / CPaaS / Telecom / IT services
preferred
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote setup
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online meeting platforms
