Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate B2B leads for insurance companies in India and GCC through research, networking, and digital outreach.
Develop and execute
targeted B2B lead-generation campaigns
to connect with key decision-makers in the insurance sector.
Engage potential clients through
LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls
, building professional relationships and understanding business needs.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
Maintain and update lead databases, tracking interactions and optimizing outreach efforts.
Collaborate with the
marketing and sales teams
to align lead-generation activities with company goals.
Requirements
1-3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience
(preferably in
insurance, healthcare, or SaaS
industries).
Strong
research, prospecting, and communication skills
with a data-driven approach.
Ability to build and nurture professional client relationships.
Proficiency in
CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email outreach platforms
(preferred).
Self-motivated, target-oriented
, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
Compensation
?25,000 - ?45,000 per month
