We are looking for a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Executive to focus on Solution Selling. The role involves cold calling potential customers, understanding their cloud requirements, educating them on Azure offerings, and setting up qualified meetings for the solution team.
Minimum Qualification : Graduate with at least 2-3 years of generating leads

Job Duties:


Conduct cold calls to targeted accounts and prospects to generate interest in Solutions offered for the respective vertical.
Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
Engage with customers to understand their current infrastructure, pain points, and cloud adoption needs.
Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the technical sales/solution team.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the broader sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and identify new opportunities.
Handle initial objection handling professionally and effectively.
Provide feedback from customer conversations to improve sales strategies and campaigns.

Skills Preferred:


Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
3-5 years of experience in cold calling / inside sales, preferably in IT or cloud sales.
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially Microsoft Azure.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking calls, leads, and opportunities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
