We are looking for a
results-driven Inside Sales Representative
who can
convert leads into paying customers, close deals, and consistently achieve monthly targets
.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable Sendvise solutions
Conduct product demos for WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, and related services
Close deals and achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM
Follow up on proposals, payments, and onboarding coordination
Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Tele-sales
Proven experience in closing clients (target-based role)
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Experience in
SaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, or IT services
is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
