Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads to meet monthly and annual sales targets
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Explain products/services and close sales
Update and manage leads in CRM
Coordinate with vendors for pricing and solution design
Negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Track deliveries and provide post-sales support
Ensure timely payment collections
Maintain accurate sales and client records
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand technical concepts
Good negotiation and sales skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic CRM knowledge preferred
Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory
