Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote the Online MBA program.
Understand student needs and provide accurate information about program features, benefits, and career outcomes.
Convert leads into enrollments through a consultative and solution-based sales approach.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide timely support during the enrollment process.

6-day working schedule
