Role Overview



This role drives top-of-the-funnel momentum for S S Technologies across cloud, hardware, networking, cybersecurity, IT infra, and staff augmentation services. The mandate is simple convert conversations into qualified opportunities and fuel the field-sales engine.

Key Responsibilities



Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, digital channels, and partner networks. Qualify prospects, understand requirements, and map them to S S Technologies' solution portfolio. Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups and opportunity nurturing. Schedule high-quality meetings for Sales & Pre-Sales teams. Maintain accurate records in CRM: leads, interactions, status updates, and conversions. Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, product promotions, and targeted outreach. Coordinate with OEM partners (Microsoft, Azure, Rediff, AWS, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Fortinet, etc.) for lead funnels and joint opportunities. Support proposal creation, quotation follow-ups, and tender documentation. Achieve monthly targets across lead generation, meetings booked, and revenue generated

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. High-energy, target-driven mindset with crisp follow-up discipline. Understanding of IT products/services--cloud, hardware, security, network infra. Ability to research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and run structured outreach. Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, email automation, and LinkedIn outreach. Smart problem-solving and objection-handling ability.

Qualifications



Master's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / B2B lead generation (IT industry is a plus).
