We are seeking an energetic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a go-getter attitude. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Trinant Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-up. Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT infrastructure needs and present tailored solutions. Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to showcase our IT infrastructure solutions. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and deliver on client requirements. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:



Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in theIT industry or a related field. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of IT hardware and cloud computing is a plus Attitude: Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude, eager to take on challengesand drive results.
