Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students about Online/Distance MBA programs.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable MBA programs.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and pipeline status in CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Build strong rapport with students to ensure trust and long-term engagement.
Provide timely updates and reports to the team leader/manager.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
0-3 years of experience in inside sales/education counseling (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency (Marathi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu) is a plus.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in target-driven environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
