What You'll Do
Identify, research, and qualify HR decision-makers in leading Indian companies
Run thoughtful, multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp & Calls
Tailor every pitch -- no scripts, no spam
Set up discovery meetings and hand over seamlessly to the sales team
Keep track of all outreach activities in our CRM (Zoho)
Collaborate with the sales manager and content team for impactful campaigns
Who We're Looking For
Women on a career break who want to
restart their career in B2B sales
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) -- confidence in engaging senior HR leaders is key
Prior exposure to B2B sales, HRTech, EdTech, or SaaS preferred
Highly organized, curious, and eager to learn
Hands-on with LinkedIn, spreadsheets, CRM tools, or AI prospecting tools is a plus
