Overview:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join

our team. The ISR will be responsible for actively prospecting,

qualifying, and closing sales deals over the phone or through

virtual communication channels. This role requires a

proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively

communicate the value of products or services to potential

customers. The ISR plays a key role in driving revenue growth

and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

? Identify and generate new sales opportunities through

outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting

methods.

? Research and target potential clients to build a robust

sales pipeline.

Prospecting and Qualification:

? Engage with leads to understand their needs, assess

their potential as customers, and qualify them for

further sales engagement.

? Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and

value propositions.

Sales Presentations:

? Conduct virtual or phone-based presentations to

showcase products or services and address potential

customers' questions or concerns.

? Tailor sales pitches to align with the needs and interests

of each prospect.

Relationship Building:

? Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects,

understanding their business challenges, and positioning

the company's offerings as solutions.

? Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure a

seamless customer experience.

Closing Deals:

? Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and

quotas.

? Negotiate terms, create proposals, and close deals to

meet revenue goals.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

? Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer

interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in the

CRM system.

? Provide regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline status,

and revenue forecasts.

Market Intelligence:

? Stay informed about industry trends, competitor

activities, and market dynamics.

? Share insights with the sales team to enhance overall

competitiveness.

Customer Follow-up:

? Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer

satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or

cross-selling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
