Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious
Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The role requires strong communication in English, the ability to understand our products, and convert leads into customers. You will handle inbound leads, conduct outbound calling, give product demos, and support the sales cycle till closure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
to generate and qualify leads.
Explain Aiwati's communication solutions (WhatsApp API, RCS, SMS, Voice) to potential clients.
Conduct
product presentations/demos
and follow up with prospects.
Understand customer needs and propose the right solution/package.
Work closely with the
Marketing and Support teams
to convert leads into sales.
Maintain CRM records with updated lead and customer details.
Achieve monthly
sales targets
and contribute to revenue growth.
Build long-term customer relationships within our target business circle.
Requirements
2 - 3 years of experience
in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills in English
.
Strong understanding of SaaS / IT / communication products (preferred).
Ability to
explain technical solutions in simple terms
.
Proven record of
closing deals or meeting sales targets
.
Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.
Good knowledge of the
local business ecosystem (SMEs, enterprises, agencies)
