Senior Inside Sales Executive - Online MBA Program

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing
Inside Sales Executive
to join our Online MBA admissions team. The role demands excellent communication, proven sales skills, and the ability to handle high-value leads while supporting and mentoring junior counselors.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and guide them through the Online MBA admission process.
Manage and convert high-quality leads into successful admissions.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Support junior Inside Sales Counselors by sharing best practices and handling escalated cases.
Maintain detailed records of student interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective admission strategies.
Represent the organization with professionalism and ensure a positive student experience.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years of Inside Sales experience
in education/Online MBA sales.
Strong knowledge of the
Online MBA admissions/sales process
.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
, with neutral accent (no MTI).
Proven track record of being
target-oriented
and result-driven.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working
extended hours
when required.
Willingness to work
6 days a week
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
