Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Mulund

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer

relationships, and closing sales over the phone, email, and online channels. If you have a

passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset, we want

to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

? Contact potential and existing customers through cold calls, emails, and online

platforms to generate leads and sales opportunities.

? Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable products and services.

? Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

and repeat business.

? Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

? Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in the CRM

system.

? Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for acquiring new

customers.

? Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

? Provide regular feedback to the sales manager regarding customer needs, objections,

and sales trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

? Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.

? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.

? Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

? Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
