Key Responsibilities



Call and engage potential leads to promote

Mykare subscription plans

. Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospective customers. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into paid subscribers. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closures in the CRM. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly subscription targets. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Provide feedback from customers to improve sales strategies and offerings.

Requirements



Education:

Minimum +2 or Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience:

0-3 years in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer acquisition (healthcare or subscription sales preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills in

Malayalam and English

. Goal-driven, confident, and comfortable handling outbound calls. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
