Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Zodiac Advertisers

Location: Kochi (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound client calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries.
Present and explain Zodiac's products, offers, and branding options to clients.
Generate quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain client database, update enquiry status, and record all communication in CRM/Excel.
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
Support digital marketing and social media promotions when required.
Submit daily sales and enquiry reports to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B client servicing (preferably in corporate gifting or branding industry).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam.
Proficiency in MS Office / WhatsApp Business / Email communication.
Customer-focused attitude with ability to multitask.
Positive, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
Compensation:

Salary: ₹12,000 - ?15,000/month (based on experience)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on sales achievements
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
