Inside Sales Representative (ISR) - Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the assigned regional territory and partner/customer relationships Act as the primary point of contact for partners and customers Handle inbound inquiries, renewals, pricing, and quotations Proactively drive outbound sales calls to generate demand and new opportunities Execute weekly demand generation plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Track and manage funnel, pipeline, and quota attainment in CRM Meet assigned revenue targets through inbound and outbound sales efforts Collaborate closely with OSRs, Product Managers, and Business Managers Identify and onboard new customers and channel partners Maintain accurate sales activity records and prepare regular performance reports

Key Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in

inside sales

(IT product distribution preferred) Strong

communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability in

lead generation, renewals, and closing deals

Customer-focused and result-driven mindset Comfortable with

CRM tools
