We are hiring an experienced Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls. The role focuses on explaining SAYFIX services, qualifying leads, following up with customers, and supporting business conversions. This position requires prior telecalling experience and is a purely Work From Office role.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Explain SAYFIX services clearly and confidently
Qualify leads and coordinate with sales/operations teams
Follow up with prospects and existing customers
Maintain call details and lead status in CRM
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements & Skills
Prior experience in inbound and outbound telecalling is mandatory
Experience in service-based or inside sales roles preferred
Multilingual - English and local languages (Kannada / Hindi preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willingness to work from office (no remote option)
