Position 1: Inside Sales - Product Executive / Sales Coordinator

Location: Bangalore

Compensation:

Up to

?36,000 per month

70% Fixed + 30% Performance Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle

inside sales

for IT Security, IT Networking, or IT Hardware products Learn and gain in-depth knowledge of assigned products Make

telephonic calls

to prospective customers and explain company offerings Generate leads through

inbound follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails

Research new accounts, identify key decision-makers, and build interest Coordinate with

technical teams and customers

for POCs and demos Achieve

quarterly sales targets

Follow up with partners and customers for

orders and timely payments

Meet customers/partners on field when required Prepare and submit: Daily call reports Weekly sales & payment reports Monthly sales reports to management & accounts Generate invoices, purchase orders, and maintain sales records as per company norms
Key Skills Required:

Experience in

IT Sales

(Security / Networking / Hardware preferred) Excellent

English communication

skills Knowledge of

spoken Hindi

is an advantage Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Position 2: Field Sales - Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore
Openings: 1-2
Experience:

2-3 years


Field Role (Two-Wheeler Required)

Compensation:

?40,000 per month

70% Fixed + 30% Performance Incentives

Travel Allowance:

?3 per km (Two-Wheeler)
Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage

field sales activities

for IT Security, Networking, and Hardware solutions Visit prospective customers and explain company products and services Generate new business through

cold calls and field visits

Identify new accounts, key stakeholders, and business opportunities Coordinate with technical teams for

POCs/Demos

Achieve assigned

quarterly sales targets

Follow up for orders, collections, and payments Maintain daily field call reports Submit weekly sales and payment reports to management
Key Skills Required:

Proven experience in

IT Field Sales

Strong

English communication

skills Knowledge of

local language

is a must Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore Result-oriented with strong negotiation skill
