Focus: Proactive Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management
Role Objective
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the engine of our sales growth. Operating from our regional hubs, you will identify high-potential prospects, qualify leads, and drive the initial stages of the sales cycle through digital communication and virtual demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Perform high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to build a robust pipeline.
Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline criterias.
Virtual Demos: Host product walkthroughs and demonstrations via Zoom/Microsoft Teams to showcase value propositions.
Data Management: Manage & Update data lead status diligently.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and closed-won opportunities.
Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales (SaaS experience preferred).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "own" a phone conversation.
Familiarity with sales tools like Outreach, Lusha, or Apollo.
