About the Role:

Onwords Private Limited is hiring motivated Inside Sales Executives for our Smart Home Solutions division. This role is ideal for fresh graduates from technical backgrounds who are eager to build a career in sales, customer engagement, and smart home automation technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls related to smart home products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.

Clearly explain technical features, benefits, and pricing of products.

Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.

Coordinate with installation and technical teams when required.

Willing to travel to client locations or sites when business requirements demand.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / BTech in EEE or ECE is mandatory.

Must possess strong technical knowledge related to electronics, electrical systems, IoT, or automation concepts.

Must be fluent in English & Kannada and Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in smart home, IoT, and automation technologies is highly preferred.

Ability to learn products quickly and explain technical concepts clearly to customers.

Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
