We need a sharp, confident Telecalling Executive who can handle incoming leads, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into bookings. You'll manage leads through the CRM, understand customer needs, and support the sales pipeline for our travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads from ads, website, WhatsApp, and campaigns
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
Maintain and update all lead details in the CRM
Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with sales, operations, and itinerary teams
Share package details, pricing, and clarifications with clients
Handle WhatsApp enquiries and ensure timely responses
Achieve daily/weekly conversion targets
Required Skills
Strong communication in English & Tamil (Hindi bonus)
Basic CRM experience (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot or any CRM) - fresher with CRM learning ability is also fine* Confidence in handling customer calls
Good follow-up discipline
Ability to understand travel packages and guide customers
Basic WhatsApp/Email communication professionalism
