Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support fluent in Hindi to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves handling customer communications with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in the sensitive area of male reproductive healthcare.

Compensation Package

oBase Salary:?18000 To ?23,000/month

oPerformance Incentives: average ?8,000 additional , top performers have consistently achieved ?20,000 additional

oWork Schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

oGuide customers through appointment scheduling and order processes with the doctor

oProvide detailed information about products and services

oAddress and resolve customer queries with professionalism

oManage inbound and outbound customer calls effectively

oMaintain accurate and updated records in Zoho CRM

oUphold strict confidentiality in all customer interactions

oWork from office requirement (Location: Lalbagh (JAYANAGAR), Bengaluru)

oHindi fluency is mandatory

oGraduation preferred

oPrior telecalling experience is advantageous

oStrong communication skills with empathetic and professional approach

oCommitment to maintaining confidentiality
