Inside Sales Representative
to join our client's growing sales team for Middle East region. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for our software solutions. You'll work closely with the marketing and account management teams to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and drive revenue growth.
:
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online networking.
Respond to inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and coordinate with technical teams for demos.
Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Collaborate with marketing to execute lead-generation campaigns.
Support Account Executives in managing follow-ups and closing deals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
1-3 years of experience in
inside sales, tele-sales, or customer engagement
(fresh MBA graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging senior-level decision-makers.
Strong time-management, organizational, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with
CRM tools and Microsoft Office
A self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and growth in a sales career.
