Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and requirements to pitch appropriate solutions.
Generate leads, follow up, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM/software.
Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and build strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive / Telecaller / Inside Sales Representative (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred.
Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language - as per your requirement].
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
Prior experience in tele sales / customer service / BPO preferred but not mandatory.
