Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp leads, and follow-ups
Understand customer needs and offer tailored event/product solutions
Convert leads into confirmed registrations or sales
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer data
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies
Provide post-sale support when needed and maintain positive client relationships
Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to explain services or event offerings confidently and clearly
Fluent in English and Hindi (more languages is a plus)
Basic computer skills - CRM, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace
Strong follow-up and time management abilities
Self-motivated and results-driven
Preferred:
Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition
Familiarity with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or LeadSquared
Experience in events, automotive, or lifestyle-driven industries
