Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant with expertise in B2C sales to join our dynamic sales team. As a sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our company's products to individual customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a willingness to learn and understand our product offerings.
Responsibilities:
? Sales and Business Development:
? dentify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads.
? Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.
? Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
? Client Management:
? Meet with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
? Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
? Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
? Strategy and Planning:
? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
? Monitor sales metrics and report on performance.
? Participate in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
? Team Leadership:
? Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales staff.
? Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales processes. ? Lead by example and set high standards for performance and professionalism.
? Administrative Duties:
? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
? Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
? Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
? Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong negotiation and closing skills.
? Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
? Experience in the immigration industry.
? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
