Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calls and emails.
Qualify leads and build strong client relationships.
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
Explain product features and benefits.
Handle objections and close sales.
Resolve customer concerns promptly.
Maintain and update lead database.

Desired Profile:
2 to 7 years of inside sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of insurance processes.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
