Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Explain product features, specifications, warranty, and pricing clearly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and upsell/cross-sell products.
Maintain the visual display and cleanliness of the showroom.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for smooth order processing.
Stay updated on latest electronics trends and product knowledge.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & basic English)
Presentable and well-groomed
Confidence in customer interaction
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic computer skills (for billing, stock checking, etc.)
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate
Prior experience in electronics showroom or retail sales preferred
Freshers with strong communication and interest in electronics may apply
