Key Responsibilities
Lead Management:
Qualify incoming leads, coordinate with Technical Sales for requirement clarity, and ensure timely updates in CRM.
Opportunity Handling:
Schedule needs-assessment calls, arrange site visits, and maintain detailed records in CRM.
Quotation Preparation:
Prepare accurate quotations based on inputs, present via calls, and share through email/WhatsApp.
Decision Maker Mapping:
Identify and connect with key stakeholders across departments to strengthen business reach.
Client Engagement:
Send regular updates, product information, and follow-ups via email/WhatsApp/calls.
Sales Conversion:
Work with Sales Closer to negotiate and convert quotations into sales orders.
Order Execution:
Coordinate with production and update customers on order status, site readiness, and payments.
Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in
Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical, or Electrical
.
1-3 years of relevant experience (Sales/Inside Sales preferred).
Strong communication & coordination skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Performance Metrics
Turnaround time for lead qualification & quotation submission.
Identification of decision makers.
Regularity of client follow-ups.
% Opportunities converted to Sales Orders.
On-time dispatch rate.
