The Inside Sales Representative Intern is responsible for generating new business opportunities by following up on inbound leads, making outbound calls, and conducting email campaigns. The ISR will qualify prospects, schedule meetings or demos for the outside sales team, and help drive overall sales pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients.
Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualify leads based on company criteria (e.g., budget, need, timeline).
Set appointments or demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of the sales cycle and pipeline development.
Proficiency with sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo).
