We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by developing new leads, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Key Responsibilities:



Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails. Communicate with potential customers, understand their requirements, and identify sales opportunities. Answer customer queries and provide detailed information about products and services. Maintain an updated database of current and potential customers. Explain and demonstrate features of products and services. Keep up-to-date with product updates and competitor offerings. Upsell products and services where relevant. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals. Route qualified opportunities to sales managers for further development. Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's Degree is mandatory (fresh graduates may apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one local language. Strong listening, presentation, and critical thinking skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Comfortable interacting with customers across the Indian subcontinent, including CXO-level executives. Must possess a valid Indian passport.

Preferred Experience:



2 - 4 years in IT products/services sales, preferably in data security or IT active networking.
