Principal Responsibilities
oClient Relationship Management:
oBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
oAct as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams.
oUnderstand client requirements, expectations, and business challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
Order & Project Management:
oOversee the end-to-end management of customer orders and projects to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
oCoordinate closely with production, supply chain, and quality teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Internal Coordination:
oLead and collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth order execution.
oEnsure alignment between sales, operations, and finance departments to meet customer commitments.
Reporting & Analysis:
oMaintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
oGenerate periodic reports and analyses to track account performance and identify growth opportunities.
Market & Product Planning:
oMonitor market trends and customer needs to align product offerings.
oProvide insights for product development and innovation based on client feedback and industry dynamics.
Continuous Improvement:
oIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
oGather customer feedback to drive service and process enhancements.
Principal Authorities
oApprove and negotiate commercial terms and pricing with customers in line with company policies.
oProvide sales forecasts and inventory requirements to support production planning.
oEnsure a superior customer experience by addressing and resolving client concerns promptly.
