Key responsibilities
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the US market. This role involves proactive outreach, effective communication, and strategic sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, Linkedin and inbound inquiries.
Sales Outreach:
Conduct high-volume prospecting (via phone calls, emails, and other channels) to qualify leads and set appointments.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations:
Present and demonstrate company's products/services to potential customers.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM software or Google Workspace.
Client & Corporate Coordination:
Arrange and manage meetings with companies, corporates, and potential clients to discuss requirements and business opportunities.
Proposal & Quotation Management:
Prepare, share, and follow up on RFPs, proposals, and quotations in line with client requirements.
Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Good experience in inside sales, preferably B2B for Food Packaging Industry.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
Sales Skills:
Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Technology Proficiency:
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Customer Focus:
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
Self-Motivated:
Results-driven with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
