Mandatory skills

Responsibilities:

? Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to identify business opportunities and generate sales leads.
? Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.
? Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and communication.
? Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records.
? Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
? Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
? Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
