Key Responsibilities:



Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to generate and qualify leads. Understand client requirements and present suitable product or service solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to convert leads into opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs. Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports. Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Acquisition. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Strong

negotiation and presentation

abilities. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn. Proficiency with

Microsoft Office

, and online communication platforms.
