Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive will focus on managing and growing the B2B client base for the company's hanger manufacturing operations. This includes selling hangers to retailers, wholesalers, garment manufacturers, and other bulk buyers. The role is primarily in-house, with occasional client visits when necessary, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development
Identify and target potential B2B clients, including garment manufacturers, wholesalers, and retail chains.
Generate leads through online research, cold calling, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
2. Client Management
Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their requirements are met.
Provide detailed product information, including customization options and bulk pricing.
Handle client inquiries, address concerns, and provide after-sales support.
3. In-house Sales Operations
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and invoices.
Maintain an updated record of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads, quotes, and payments systematically.
4. Market Research and Strategy
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Suggest improvements in product offerings based on client feedback and market insights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting B2B clients.
5. Reporting and Documentation
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges.
Maintain a record of customer profiles, purchase history, and future potential.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during sales transactions.
6. Collaboration
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Collaborate with the accounts department for payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
Participate in internal sales meetings and share feedback on market trends.
